Piano recital with Benjamin Engeli

Benjamin Engeli is an unusually versatile pianist from Thurgau, which is reflected in his wide stylistic range. He has made a name for himself internationally in numerous highly acclaimed CD productions with works ranging from Bach to Brahms and Gershwin to the latest music. He is also known for his participation in the Tecchler Trio (winner of the ARD Music Competition 2007) and the Gershwin Piano Quartet with four grand pianos. During his 60 or so annual appearances in the great concert halls of Europe, he will also be stopping off in Gonten to present a program of Chopin's beautiful Preludes and also bring to life musical rarities by female composers such as the American Amy Beach.
