Swiss Orchestra: Tell, Swiss Legend
The Swiss Orchestra takes a powerful and heroic approach to the story of the Swiss national hero in the concert "Tell, Swiss Legend". Tchaikovsky's majestic yet yearning first piano concerto is flanked by the famous overture to Rossini's "Guillaume Tell" and the rarely performed "Tell Symphony" by Solothurn composer Hans Huber. The solo part will be performed by the brilliant pianist Olga Scheps.
