The Forum Alte Musik Zürich is looking for a new position as of 01.11.2025:
Responsible office and project manager festivals (approx. 20%)
The tasks include:
- Administrative management of the association
- Assistance to the festival management (S. Pfeffer) and the association presidium (Y. Ritter)
- Organizational and logistical support for the biannual festivals
What should you bring with you?
- Knowledge and experience in administration
- a structured way of working with a high level of initiative and the ability to work in a team
- Interest and passion for early music desirable
- Enjoy working with artistic professionals on and behind the stage
- Excellent communication skills
- Presence and flexibility before and during the festival weeks in spring and fall
- Good knowledge of English
