klang-Festtagskonzerte Meggen – WINTERZAUBER
Ein Klavierabend wie eine Reise durch die Stimmungen des Winters: Fanny Hensels «Dezember» öffnet den Reigen, Holmès malt die geheimnisvolle Weihnachtsnacht, Florence Price berührt mit innigem Spiritual. Sanfte Wiegenlieder und frostige Klangbilder von Leite, Bilbro, Beach und Backer-Grøndahl treffen auf festliche Miniaturen von Klein-Schäfer, Känzig und Schwartz. Schuberts Impromptus lassen die Vielfalt des Abends in zeitloser Tiefe erstrahlen – wahrlich zauberhaft (im ersten Teil Werke von 2-5 Minuten und als krönender Abschluss ca. 30 Minuten Schubert).

Aperitif & 3-course festive menu, incl. mineral water (discounts for children and young people). The price results from the greater expense for the external catering and the rental of the Villa St. Charles Hall. It is a unique experience to be pampered with culinary delights in the Wienersaal and/or Gobelin Room.
How to get there: S3 or Voralpenexpress to Meggen Zentrum or bus 24 to stop Kapelle; from there approx. 4-7 minutes on foot. By car (destination: Benzeholzstrasse 41): there are a limited number of parking spaces in front of St. Charles Hall; there are public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the parking facility (Fridolin-Hoferstrasse; along the lake, by the outdoor pool). The underground car park in the village center is also available (5 to 8 minutes' walk from there) via Kapelle / Benzeholzstrasse.
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins.
Drinks bar 'Kauer Catering' from 1 hour before the concert starts.
