Zurich Youth Classical: Finale at Brunnenhof Zurich
The final of the first edition of Zurich Youth Classical - The Contest will take place at Brunnenhof Zurich from April 17 to 19, 2026.

With this format, the Förderstiftung Musik Zürich is launching a program for young musicians from the canton of Zurich. Children and young people between the ages of 7 and 16 as well as talented pre-professional musicians up to the age of 24 can take part.
The Competition assesses not only technical ability but also musical expression and personal development. The jury is made up of Pepe Lienhard, Daniel Fueter, Yilan Zhao, Gwendolyn Masin and Valentine Michaud. Pianist Oliver Schnyder is the artistic supervisor.
On April 19, the prizewinners will perform in the final concert at 10:00 a.m. in the large concert hall (Studio 1) at Brunnenhof Zurich. The concert is open to the public.
The Brunnenhof was once Switzerland's first radio studio and is now used as a music and education center.
