Christmas in Lucerne

With «Christmas in Lucerne,» audiences can look forward to a musical Christmas experience of exceptional quality that has long since become an integral part of the Advent season.

The concert combines the powerful richness of sound of a large wind ensemble with festive choral works to create a unique musical experience. In an atmosphere that is both solemn and focused, a moving program unfolds, carried by high musical precision and deep emotion. An international ensemble of first-class musicians, a renowned professional choir, and selected vocal soloists lend the evening a special expressiveness.

The program features well-known Christmas melodies from Europe and overseas, classical works, and traditional songs such as «Silent Night,» «O du fröhliche,» and «O Tannenbaum.» Smooth transitions and festive choral passages continually add new highlights to the performance.
