The master and his disciple

After Pallavi Mahidhara, Alexandra Dovgan and Kate Liu, Yunchan Lim is the next to join the ranks of winners of the prestigious Olivier Berggruen Prize. The pianist already won the Van Cliburn Competition in 2022. Last year, he wowed audiences with a sensational Mendelssohn-Tchaikovsky-Mussorgsky recital! This year he returns to the festival with a special idea: Yunchan Lim brings his teacher Minsso Sohn to the stage for a "master-student" recital on two pianos.
