From New Worlds - Origin VI
The King's Singers are the outstanding representatives of the time-honored British choral tradition and carry the dignity of the "choral scholars", as they have been trained for centuries at the famous King's College in Cambridge. After the King's Singers have already filled the audience in Saanen with the most beautiful musical "souvenirs" from the past and present, the six a cappella singers now invite you on a new, fascinating journey of musical discovery on the picturesque Eggli summit: The King's Singers cross the Atlantic on Spanish and Portuguese galleons to explore the mysterious and captivating traditions of the Mayan and Aztec cultures of South America.
