Founded in 1967, the Montreux Jazz Festival has become an obligatory meeting place for music lovers from all over the world. All the great musicians from Miles Davis, Ray Charles, David Bowie to Prince have performed here. All styles of music are heard here. For two weeks, the Montreux Jazz Festival offers musicians and audiences an ideal platform in an intimate setting.
