ORIGEN | PASSION CONCERT

Origen's Passion Concerts can be heard in the Knights' Hall of the Episcopal Castle in Chur. Under the direction of Clau Scherrer, the Ensemble Vocal Origen performs an evening of baroque devotion. Dieterich Buxtehude's oratorio Membra Jesunostri (1680) is a musical meditation on the crucified Christ. Biblical words, ancient poetry and fine instrumental music merge into a contemplative unity -
