Dieter Ammann Honored with the Opus Klassik 2026 Award
Dieter Ammann receives the award in the «Composer of the Year» category from Schweizer Fonogramm for his CD «glut.».
Opus Klassik announced the 37 winners of this year's awards on June 22. In the «Composer of the Year» category, alongside Dieter Ammanns CD glow at Swiss Phonogram Hildur Guðnadóttir for Where to From on Deutsche Grammophon and with Fazil Say for Mozart's Requiem / Fazil Say: Mozart & Mevlana Nominated by Warner Classics.
Opus Klassik describes itself as «the most important classical music award in Germany.» The award ceremonies will take place on October 10 and 11 in Berlin.
