Research Platform for Music Degree Programs and Thematic Portal on the German Music Industry
The German Music Information Center publishes online information about the German music industry as well as a «Guide to Music Studies.».
With the one posted online in April Music Industry Topic Portal «For the first time, we now have a centrally compiled overview of the structures, data, and current developments in this important sector of the cultural and creative industries,» writes the German Music Information Center (miz).
Since May, miz has also been providing the «Kompass Music Studies» «a central search platform that provides consolidated access to over 1,700 music degree programs in Germany and enables prospective students to find the right program.».
The miz is an institution of the German Music Council.
