The Pfannenstiel Music School, based in Meilen (ZH), is an active and innovative educational institution where around 80 teachers instruct around 2000 pupils in a wide range of subjects.
Due to the absence of a colleague as a result of illness, we are looking for a competent and dynamic personality as a
School administration employee 70-100%
Your main tasks include
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- HR responsibility
- Customer service, student administration
- Administration of infrastructure, activities and general
As a communicative and team-oriented personality, you have
- Commercial training and good knowledge of human resources management
- Several years of professional experience and sound ICT skills
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of structured work
- Service orientation and perseverance
- Ideally experience in music education
