The Forum Alte Musik Zürich is looking for a new position as of 01.11.2025:

Responsible office and project manager festivals (approx. 20%)

 

The tasks include:

  • Administrative management of the association
  • Assistance to the festival management (S. Pfeffer) and the association presidium (Y. Ritter)
  • Organizational and logistical support for the biannual festivals

What should you bring with you?

  • Knowledge and experience in administration
  • a structured way of working with a high level of initiative and the ability to work in a team
  • Interest and passion for early music desirable
  • Enjoy working with artistic professionals on and behind the stage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presence and flexibility before and during the festival weeks in spring and fall
  • Good knowledge of English
