Music as emPOWERment - Anniversary symposium 20 years of MAS Music Management

Bern, Saturday, November 8, 2025, 08.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

In the morning, you can expect keynotes from Pius Knüsel, Ilona Schmiel and Peter Röbke on music and cultural policy topics, experiences and challenges as organizers as well as artistic-pedagogical topics and how music school directors can encourage their teachers to use them for themselves. The topics will be deepened and networked using interactive, cooperative and activating methods.

In the afternoon, you can choose your own thematic focus: you can choose from a colorful mix of workshops on pedagogical innovation, school development, change management and leadership. In addition to a round table and music, the anniversary day will be rounded off with plenty of space for exchange and networking.
