The anniversary year 2018 provides an opportunity to look back on the history. This will be done with a book publication that is currently in preparation. On the other hand, the instruments are to speak in a special way: In collaboration with local organizers of organ concert series, a varied annual programme has been put together with important Goll organs in Zug, Lucerne, Horw, Hochdorf, Bern and Visp. In addition to the concerts, in which the sound characteristics of the organs were explored, there were opportunities to meet and exchange ideas.<\/p>\n

As a special highlight, there will be a celebratory concert at the KKL on May 15, 2018, exactly 150 years to the day after the workshop was founded. The Goll organ there will naturally take center stage, surrounded by a large orchestra. Among other works, the Symphonie concertante<\/em> by Belgian composer Joseph Jongen, which prominently presents the organ as a solo instrument, embedded in the colorful sounds of the S\u00fcdwestdeutsche Philharmonie Konstanz under the direction of Marcus Bosch.
