After the play on the lake <em>Madame Butterfly<\/em> of the years 2022 and 2023, Carl Maria von Weber will be on stage in the summers of 2024 and 2025. <em>The Freisch\u00fctz<\/em> under the direction of Rigoletto director Philipp St\u00f6lzl is on the program.<\/p>\n<p>Sobotka's predecessor in Berlin, Matthias Schulz, will take over as Artistic Director of Zurich Opera House at the start of the 2025\/26 season.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Bregenz Festival Director Elisabeth Sobotka is moving to Berlin in fall 2024.
