According to Website<\/a> the Hofgesangsverein was founded in 2005 by creative artists and private individuals who want to promote \u00absocial integration by upgrading inner and back courtyards as living spaces\u00bb. In the press release of April 7, initiator and overall project manager Andreas Diethelm writes that three-quarters of the \u00abinner-city courtyards have mutated from workplaces to parking lots\u00bb in recent decades. The association invites all stakeholders to enter into a dialog in order to \u00abjointly seek ways and means of designing and using these valuable remaining spaces in a way that is suitable for living\u00bb.<\/p>\n
