Le opere da selezionare sono presentate dalle rispettive sezioni nazionali. Le opere presentate dalla Societ\u00e0 Svizzera di Musica Contemporanea SGNM\/SSMC sono state coordinate dal suo vicepresidente Nicolas Farine.<\/p>\n<p>Winkelman ha studiato composizione con Roland Moser e Georg Friedrich Haas. Nel 2013 \u00e8 stata Composer in Residence al Musikdorf Ernen in Svizzera e nel 2014 al Lockenhaus Festival in Austria. Ha ricevuto commissioni dalla Harvard Musical Association di Boston, dalla Basel Sinfonietta, dalla Musikfabrik K\u00f6ln e dal Festival di Lucerna, tra gli altri. I suoi lavori sono stati eseguiti dall'Ensemble Phoenix e dal Quartetto Arditti.
