Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 essere importante per la prevenzione dei disturbi di salute legati al suono e per l'ottimizzazione delle prestazioni per quanto riguarda le sequenze di movimento sullo strumento. A tal fine, nel 1964 Christoph Wagner ha sviluppato un metodo per l'esame sistematico della mano del musicista presso il Max Planck Institute for Occupational Physiology: la misurazione biomeccanica della mano (BHM). Il BHM \u00e8 stato poi utilizzato per la ricerca e l'insegnamento presso l'Istituto di Fisiologia Musicale dell'HMTM di Hannover e nel 2009 \u00e8 stato trasferito al Dipartimento di Fisiologia Musicale\/Musica e Medicina Preventiva dello ZHdK, insieme a tutte le attrezzature e ai database. Il nuovo ZZM fa parte della ricerca dello ZHdK sull'interpretazione musicale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='text-section'><strong>Dal laboratorio ...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il BHM comprende fino a 100 caratteristiche della mano specifiche per lo strumento. Registra la mano del musicista in base a categorie rilevanti per l'esecuzione, come la forma e le dimensioni della mano, la mobilit\u00e0 attiva, la mobilit\u00e0 passiva e la forza. La mobilit\u00e0 passiva, come indicatore della facilit\u00e0 dei movimenti di esecuzione, pu\u00f2 essere registrata in modo differenziato solo utilizzando gli strumenti di misura specializzati del laboratorio. La valutazione digitale delle misure porta alla loro rappresentazione grafica, il profilo della mano. Questo mostra i valori individuali della mano rispetto ai dati dei musicisti professionisti del gruppo di strumenti corrispondente, ovvero i vantaggi o i limiti relativi della mano individuale. Da ci\u00f2 si possono trarre conseguenze pratiche per la pratica, l'allenamento, la tecnica esecutiva e la scelta della letteratura, le soluzioni ergonomiche e cos\u00ec via. Gli strumenti unici e le possibilit\u00e0 di comparazione con i dati specifici di oltre 50 anni rendono il BHM una procedura scientifica unica nel suo genere.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='text-section'>\n<p><strong>... alla pratica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'ora di consultazione interdisciplinare del musicista, disponibile presso le accademie di musica, registra un particolare accumulo di dolore e tensione agli arti superiori durante le diverse centinaia di ore di consultazione all'anno. In questo contesto inizialmente indipendente dal laboratorio, una forma di esame derivata dal BHM \u00e8 adatta anche all'uso nell'educazione musicale: La Valutazione Pragmatica della Mano secondo Christoph Wagner (PHE). Questa fornisce una panoramica di 25 caratteristiche individuali della mano. Il laboratorio della mano pu\u00f2 poi essere utilizzato per chiarimenti pi\u00f9 dettagliati.<\/p>\n<p>Presso le accademie musicali di Zurigo, Basilea e Stoccarda, nonch\u00e9 presso il Conservatorio di Stato del Vorarlberg, la valutazione oggettiva delle caratteristiche della mano viene regolarmente citata nei seminari e nei programmi di formazione professionale in ambito musicale. Anche le esigenze individuali degli arti superiori sono sempre pi\u00f9 prese in considerazione nelle consulenze musicologiche. La ricerca di base in corso completa il profilo di attivit\u00e0 dello ZZM.
