Sono suddivisi in due blocchi tematici: \"Schiena e collo\" e, sulla base di questo, \"Cingolo scapolare, braccio e mano\".<\/p>\n<p>I workshop sono incentrati sul benessere degli insegnanti quando fanno musica e sulle loro attivit\u00e0 didattiche con gli allievi. L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di trasmettere le conoscenze di base di anatomia e fisiologia, nonch\u00e9 i disturbi specifici dello strumento. Si insegnano anche esercizi per la percezione, il rafforzamento e la promozione della coordinazione.<\/p>\n<p>I principi teorici dell'anatomia vengono sperimentati al meglio quando si sentono e si muovono le rispettive parti del corpo. Un'esperienza fondamentale per molti \u00e8 quella di sentire i movimenti delle scapole dell'altro, parti del corpo che spesso sono terra incognita nella nostra percezione. Lo studio approfondito della fisiologia della funzione muscolare chiarisce come funziona un muscolo, cosa significa affaticamento e perch\u00e9 vale la pena fare delle pause nell'esercizio. Vengono discusse anche questioni controverse: Una buona postura e l'esercizio fisico sostituiscono l'allenamento muscolare? L'allenamento della forza deve servire a creare riserve per affrontare le sfide del fare musica?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='text-section'><strong>C'\u00e8 una buona postura e un buon movimento?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'analisi congiunta dei problemi attraverso esempi video rende chiaro che la postura e il movimento sono personali e meritano una considerazione individuale. Nonostante l'individualit\u00e0, tuttavia, l'insegnante - al di l\u00e0 delle sue capacit\u00e0 musicali - ha sempre una funzione di modello in termini di postura e di gestione del proprio corpo. Come dice un direttore di scuola di musica: \"L'insegnante si riconosce dal modo in cui gli allievi suonano\".<\/p>\n<p>Il lavoro di gruppo \u00e8 sempre molto apprezzato: insegnanti con strumenti simili discutono dei problemi posturali degli alunni e si scambiano idee su possibili aiuti ed esercizi collaudati.<\/p>\n<p>Gli esercizi pratici per le diverse parti del corpo sciolgono letteralmente il programma. Ad esempio, il corso mostra gli effetti di una mancanza di tensione nell'erezione della schiena sulle capacit\u00e0 motorie delle braccia e delle mani. Diversi movimenti vengono utilizzati per mostrare come si possa migliorare la stabilit\u00e0 dinamica del busto e come si possa facilitare la riproduzione della musica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='text-section'><strong>Informazioni sulla lezione<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class='text-section'><strong>oltre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In ultima analisi, tuttavia, \u00e8 necessario valutare quando un problema non pu\u00f2 pi\u00f9 essere affrontato solo in classe. Gli autori incoraggiano il dialogo con i genitori delle persone interessate e con gli esperti di strumentazione. Tuttavia, i problemi persistenti dovrebbero essere valutati da specialisti.
