Abbiamo scelto questa vecchia forma perch\u00e9 - meglio di altre - mostra condizioni che sembrano meno moderne. Il seguente dialogo tra due musicisti ticinesi \u00e8 pi\u00f9 o meno fittizio.<\/p>\n<p>Fabio \u00e8 seduto all'ombra della terrazza di un ristorante.<br \/>\nZeno arriva con qualche minuto di ritardo.<br \/>\n\"Cos\u00ec sei tornato in Ticino!\" esordisce Zeno. \"Chi te l'ha fatto fare?\".<br \/>\n\"Le insondabili vie della vita! Ma perch\u00e9 mi chiedi chi me lo ha fatto fare? Stai dicendo che non \u00e8 consigliabile o auspicabile vivere in Ticino?\".<br \/>\n\"Dipende dalla prospettiva. Se ci si gira ad ammirare i riflessi sul lago al tramonto e si gode del caldo vento autunnale, la vita in Ticino pu\u00f2 effettivamente apparire come una delle pi\u00f9 desiderabili al mondo.\"<br \/>\n\"Non \u00e8 niente! E perch\u00e9 non dovrebbe essere bello per me qui?\".<br \/>\n\"Guarda, Fabio: sei cresciuto qui, hai iniziato a studiare musica e - in giovane et\u00e0 - ti sei trasferito nelle migliori accademie svizzere a nord delle Alpi. La tua carriera di musicista e di indipendente \u00e8 iniziata nella Svizzera francese e tedesca, in un ambiente che ha saputo sostenerti e incoraggiarti\".<br \/>\n\"S\u00ec, era qualcosa del genere. Ma quello che lei descrive - sicuramente dovrebbe essere possibile anche qui su questo lago, nella regione unica della terza cultura svizzera? Sicuramente le istituzioni sono qui...\". Sul volto di Fabio compaiono linee di preoccupazione.<br \/>\n\"S\u00ec, le istituzioni esistono, ma si dedicano principalmente ad altri compiti\".<br \/>\n\"Cosa vuoi dire?\"<br \/>\nZeno emette un profondo sospiro, un sospiro che dice che preferirebbe non affrontare di nuovo questo argomento.<br \/>\n\"A livello accademico, ad esempio, esistono solo programmi di formazione in ambito classico. E per quanto riguarda il sostegno a chi vuole dedicarsi alla musica a livello professionale - in qualsiasi campo - purtroppo non esiste nulla\".<br \/>\n\"Davvero? Ho letto che il Canton Ticino spende quasi 6 milioni di franchi all'anno per la musica!\".<br \/>\n\"S\u00ec, \u00e8 vero. Ma la quasi totalit\u00e0 - circa l'85% - va a persone che eseguono la musica del passato e che non hanno alcun legame con la creazione musicale contemporanea nella Svizzera italiana\".<br \/>\n\"S\u00ec, ma rimane sempre il 15%!\".<br \/>\n\"Circa il 13% di questa cifra \u00e8 destinato all'organizzazione di eventi. E la maggior parte di questi si basa su musica e musicisti provenienti dall'estero\".<br \/>\n\"Ma lei non \u00e8 uno sciovinista, saccente e patriota ticinese?\".<br \/>\n\"Niente affatto, amo la musica di tutto il mondo. Ma la tragedia \u00e8 che siamo cresciuti in un luogo che ha sempre creduto che l'unico modo di fare musica sia riprodurre la musica del passato e ascoltare le opere degli altri\".<br \/>\n\"Non ha molto senso...\".<br \/>\n\"\u00c8 l'essenza del provincialismo e inoltre sottovaluta completamente ci\u00f2 che la cultura \u00e8 e dovrebbe sempre essere\".<br \/>\n\"E cio\u00e8?\"<br \/>\n\"La rappresentazione dialettica e non universale di ci\u00f2 che siamo come esseri umani\".<br \/>\n\"Ma i nostri comuni e le nostre citt\u00e0 faranno qualcosa per sostenere i musicisti!\".<br \/>\n\"Purtroppo no. Non esistono praticamente programmi per sostenere e accompagnare la creazione musicale. Non c'\u00e8 nulla: voliamo sotto il radar che cattura ci\u00f2 che esiste\".<\/p>\n<p>Questo ipotetico dialogo ha avuto luogo circa due anni fa. Fabio Pinto si \u00e8 comunque stabilito in Ticino, continua a fare musica ed \u00e8 diventato responsabile del primo ufficio Sonart nella Svizzera meridionale. Anche Zeno Gabaglio \u00e8 ancora attivo come musicista e presidente della sottocommissione musicale del Canton Ticino. Insieme stanno lavorando per migliorare la situazione.
