Vedi sotto.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class='text-section'>\n<p>Il sostegno comprende un contributo finanziario di 130.000 franchi svizzeri all'anno, la concessione dei diritti d'uso del KKL di Lucerna e la messa a disposizione gratuita del suolo pubblico. Il direttore del festival Urs Leierer aveva annunciato in precedenza che non sarebbe pi\u00f9 stato disposto a organizzare il festival a suo rischio e pericolo o a quello dell'associazione che presiede senza una sponsorizzazione pi\u00f9 ampia e senza finanziamenti aggiuntivi da parte di privati e della citt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La citt\u00e0 ritiene che il modello della fondazione non sia adatto a garantire il futuro del festival. Inoltre, il coinvolgimento della Citt\u00e0 di Lucerna nell'ambito di una fondazione di diritto privato non \u00e8 in linea con la strategia di partecipazione della Citt\u00e0 di Lucerna.<\/p>\n<p>Il festival esiste dal 1992 ed \u00e8 organizzato dall'associazione Lucerne Blues Session con sede a Lucerna. Il nome \"Blue Balls\" viene utilizzato dal 1999.
