La scarsa qualit\u00e0 della carta e l'inchiostro aggressivo rendono oggi l'autografo quasi illeggibile in molti punti. Inoltre, il manoscritto originale fu ampiamente modificato dopo la morte di Bach dal figlio Carl Philipp Emanuel. Egli chiar\u00ec dettagli poco chiari, ma apport\u00f2 anche modifiche non autorizzate in diverse fasi.<\/p>\n<p>Con la partitura autografa di questa messa, la Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin conserva un patrimonio unico di storia della musica. Insieme al progetto di edizione digitale Edirom, Carus e la Staatsbibliothek pubblicano il primo volume della nuova collana <em>Edizione Biblioteca di Stato di Berlino<\/em> presenta una nuova edizione dell'opus ultimum di Bach.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre al testo musicale edito, le fonti centrali sono accessibili in formato digitale sotto forma di scansioni a colori ad alta risoluzione insieme alla relazione critica in una presentazione collegata.
