Il processo pluriennale \u00e8 stato coordinato dal Consiglio europeo della musica (EMC). Un comunicato stampa dell'EMC e il sito web ufficiale spiegano il contenuto dell'Agenda: \"L'Agenda europea per la musica (EAM) definisce le esigenze dell'intero settore musicale e descrive le priorit\u00e0 per gli sviluppi futuri. La musica in tutte le sue manifestazioni \u00e8 definita nell'agenda come un bene di enorme valore per l'Europa, ed \u00e8 per questo che le diverse voci del settore musicale devono essere incanalate con l'aiuto dell'EAM e portate in dialogo con i decisori politici\". <\/p>\n<p> L'EAM si basa su cinque \"diritti musicali\": <\/p>\n<p><em>Un diritto per tutti i bambini e gli adulti<\/em><br \/> <strong>1<\/strong> di esprimersi liberamente dal punto di vista musicale<br \/> <strong>2<\/strong> Imparare i linguaggi musicali e le competenze musicali<br \/> <strong>3<\/strong> Impegnarsi con la musica attraverso la partecipazione, l'ascolto, la creazione e l'informazione.<\/p>\n<p><em>Il diritto per tutti gli artisti (\"artisti musicali\")<\/em><br \/> <strong>4<\/strong> sviluppare la propria arte e comunicare attraverso tutti i media con i mezzi appropriati a loro disposizione<br \/> <strong>5<\/strong> ricevere un giusto riconoscimento e un'equa remunerazione per il loro lavoro<\/p>\n<p>Dal 2012, rappresentanti di tutta Europa hanno lavorato in sette gruppi di lavoro (creazione, educazione, informazione\/ricerca, media, partecipazione, presentazione\/musica dal vivo e produzione) per cristallizzare la formulazione dell'agenda da numerosi documenti di base. Helena Maffli, Beat Santschi e Daniel Kellerhals hanno contribuito dalla Svizzera a causa dei loro impegni internazionali. Il Consiglio svizzero della musica sostiene l'EAM.<\/p>\n<p>L'Agenda europea per la musica, attualmente disponibile solo in inglese, pu\u00f2 essere consultata in formato digitale all'indirizzo <a href='http:\/\/europeanagendaformusic.eu'>europeanagendaformusic.eu<\/a>Il documento pu\u00f2 essere scaricato anche in formato PDF. \u00c8 molto pi\u00f9 di un documento di sintesi, ma deve essere visto come una guida per il settore musicale. L'agenda pu\u00f2 essere adattata alle circostanze locali e sviluppata ulteriormente in un processo continuo. Tutti sono invitati a partecipare.
