Foto: Tine Edel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class='text-section'>\n<p>La drammaturgia, che caratterizza la firma artistica come un \"think tank\", sar\u00e0 rafforzata. Secondo il comunicato stampa, essa \"contribuir\u00e0 in modo significativo a far s\u00ec che l'istituzione culturale sia percepita all'esterno come qualcosa di pi\u00f9 della semplice somma delle sue quattro divisioni\". In termini di personale, il contratto del direttore d'orchestra Modestas Pitrenas sar\u00e0 prolungato di altre quattro stagioni fino al 2026\/2027.<\/p>\n<p>I contratti del direttore dei concerti Florian Scheiber e del direttore della compagnia di danza Kinsun Chan scadono alla fine della stagione 2022\/2023.  \u00c8 stato deciso in precedenza che anche il contratto del direttore del teatro Jonas Knecht scadr\u00e0 nello stesso periodo.<\/p>\n<p>Il teatro \u00e8 gestito in modo collaborativo e trasparente da un team di gestione ampio e composto da otto membri. Oltre al direttore, che ha la responsabilit\u00e0 generale, vi fanno parte i responsabili delle quattro divisioni (concerti, teatro musicale, teatro di prosa, danza), i responsabili della drammaturgia, della programmazione e della tecnologia, nonch\u00e9 il direttore finanziario.<\/p>\n<p>Le posizioni di responsabile della divisione danza e della divisione teatro saranno occupate entro l'estate del 2022. La ricerca del responsabile dell'ufficio orchestra e del direttore finanziario inizier\u00e0 nella stagione successiva.
