Da allora \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 grande teatro musicale di Berlino e il secondo in Germania, nonch\u00e9 uno dei pi\u00f9 moderni d'Europa. L'edificio, progettato dall'architetto Fritz Bornemann, dispone di 1859 posti a sedere.<\/p>\n<p>L'attuale direttore artistico Dietmar Schwarz pone l'accento sul teatro musicale contemporaneo.
