Robidas, presidente della Conf\u00e9rence des Hautes Ecoles de Musique Suisses CHEMS, risponde alle domande della Revue Musicale Suisse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"\">Comment allez-vous apr\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p>Da parte mia, anche se un po' stanca, mantengo il morale e il coraggio per l'HEMU e per CHEMS e per il futuro delle nostre missioni nella societ\u00e0. La crisi sanitaria non ha rivelato solo le forze in gioco nel personale docente e amministrativo e tra gli studenti, ma anche il bisogno umano di avere accesso alla cultura senza uno schermo interposto... perch\u00e9 la vita perde la sua anima e il suo significato.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"\">Qual \u00e8 il vostro souvenir preferito di quest'anno di pand\u00e9mie?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p>Ho un ricordo nitido di quel famoso marted\u00ec 13 marzo, quando abbiamo ricevuto la decisione di chiudere le scuole a tempo di record. Non pensiamo che un giorno dopo il virus sar\u00e0 ancora nel Paese! Ricordo anche la finale del Prix Cr\u00e9dit Suisse de la Musique, che ho avuto l'onore di presentare. Mi sono emozionato molto ascoltando dal vivo questi giovani talenti provenienti dai diversi HEM. Questo mi ha mandato in visibilio, tanto che da tempo non mi aspettavo un vero concerto!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"\">Secondo lei, in che modo la pandemia ha cambiato la professione di musicista o il lavoro della sua associazione?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p>Questo costringe ogni team di gestione dei diversi HEM a mettere in discussione e a ripensare i contenuti dei corsi, i progetti e a rivedere gli orientamenti e i formati, cosa che prima non volevamo fare allo stesso modo. Ci siamo resi conto che la tecnologia aiuta a superare i vincoli della distanza, ma non pu\u00f2 sostituire le relazioni umane che si nutrono di incontri reali, sia tra musicisti, sia con il pubblico o, nel caso di CHEMS, tra i direttori degli HEM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"\">Quale domanda vuole porre al Consiglio federale o cosa vuole che faccia per rivitalizzare la scena musicale?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p>Penso che sia importante permettere ai concerti di riprendere il programma con piani di protezione adattati al luogo (m2, aerazione, ecc.) e non solo fissando obiettivi arbitrari. Certo, questo potrebbe essere pi\u00f9 complesso da gestire, ma sarebbe una risposta adeguata. Credo sia importante riconoscere il lavoro dei musicisti indipendenti, senza i quali la vita musicale svizzera non potrebbe certo trovare la sua piena ricchezza in termini di offerta. Infine, per i nostri giovani laureati, prevedere un sostegno sotto forma di borsa di studio o di assistenza al collocamento professionale per i primi due o tre anni dopo la laurea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No\u00e9mie L.
