Per la prima volta, i contributi saranno assegnati per un periodo di quattro anni. Tra il 2023 e il 2027, le orchestre riceveranno contributi per i loro costi artistici e amministrativi, che consentiranno loro di realizzare sei progetti ciascuna a beneficio del pubblico di Basilea e di rispettare le tariffe raccomandate dall'Associazione svizzera dei musicisti. In totale sono otto gli ensemble strumentali e le orchestre che hanno richiesto il finanziamento del programma.<\/p>\n

Riceveranno ora contributi: Basel Sinfonietta (4.044.600 franchi), Basel Chamber Orchestra (2.913.996 franchi), La Cetra Baroque Orchestra: (1.581.412 franchi), Ensemble Phoenix Basel (1.066.616 franchi) e Klang Lab Ensemble (379.920 franchi). La Camerata Variabile, che ha ricevuto finanziamenti dal programma orchestrale dal 2016, ricever\u00e0 per l'ultima volta un contributo di finanziamento transitorio di 60.480 franchi per la stagione 2023-2024, non soddisfacendo pi\u00f9 pienamente i requisiti del bando.<\/p>\n

Per la prima volta, l'ordinanza sul programma e sul finanziamento strutturale delle orchestre, entrata in vigore nel 2022, riconoscer\u00e0 i risultati speciali di due orchestre che vanno oltre la normale pianificazione del programma. La sovvenzione della Basel Sinfonietta comprende un finanziamento annuale di 60.000 franchi svizzeri per sostenere misure quali l'assistenza serale ai bambini, la promozione di giovani talenti e i concerti per bambini su base proporzionale. Anche gli sforzi dell'Orchestra da Camera di Basilea per rendere la musica di facile comprensione e per progettare alcuni programmi con una soglia bassa sono stati considerati eccezionali dalla giuria e si riflettono nel contributo di finanziamento di 40.000 franchi all'anno.<\/p>\n

I cinque giurati indipendenti provengono da diversi settori dell'industria concertistica: Beat Fehlmann, direttore dell'Orchestra Filarmonica di Stato della Renania-Palatinato, Ludwigshafen; Norbert Graf, giornalista musicale e produttore musicale presso SRF 2 Kultur, Sch\u00fcpfen; Rico Gubler, direttore del dipartimento di musica dell'Universit\u00e0 delle Arti di Berna; Lisa Nolte, direttore artistico del festival e del forum online SONIC MATTER, Zurigo; Lena-Lisa W\u00fcstend\u00f6rfer, direttore d'orchestra, Zurigo.
