Il conduttore siede alla scrivania del regista; il direttore d'orchestra britannico Jonathan Nott sul podio dell'Orchestra Sinfonica di Basilea. Nel 2023\/24, l'atto unico Vorabend <em>L'Oro del Reno<\/em> e le quasi cinque ore di <em>Valchiria <\/em>sviluppato.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Debutto all'opera di Gr\u00f6nemeyer <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La commedia musicale promette una spettacolare prima mondiale <em>Il cavallo mangia il cappello<\/em> del cantante e bandleader Herbert Gr\u00f6nemeyer in una produzione di Herbert Fritsch. La composizione basata sull'opera di Eug\u00e8ne Labiche <em>Un cappello fiorentino<\/em> \u00e8 la prima produzione di teatro musicale di Gr\u00f6nemeyer.<\/p>\n<p>La coreografa argentina Constanza Macras mette in scena l'opera di Bizet <em>Carmen<\/em> e Rachael Wilson nel ruolo del titolo per la prima volta, mentre il regista di successo di Salisburgo Romeo Castellucci Mozart's <em>Requiem<\/em> sul palcoscenico. Ivor Bolton diriger\u00e0 l'Orchestra Sinfonica di Basilea per l'ultima volta come direttore principale del teatro dell'opera.<\/p>\n<p>Christoph Marthaler affronta l'ultima opera di Monteverdi <em>L'Incoronazione di Poppea<\/em> con Kerstin Avemo nel ruolo del titolo. Con il mezzosoprano Anne Sofie von Otter e il controtenore Jake Arditti, i ruoli importanti sono di primo piano. La storia d'amore tra Nerone e la nuova imperatrice sar\u00e0 ancora una volta una produzione cult della lentezza. Il direttore della London Academy of Ancient Music, Laurence Cummings, e l'orchestra barocca La Cetra garantiranno un'esecuzione storicamente informata.<\/p>\n<p>Il programma dell'opera prevede diverse rivisitazioni: L'opera di Rossini <em>Il Barbiere di Siviglia<\/em>, Webers <em>Freisch\u00fctz<\/em> e l'opera di Verdi <em>Rigoletto<\/em> con Regula M\u00fchlemann nel ruolo di Gilda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cambio di stile nella danza classica<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La divisione balletto viene radicalmente rimescolata quando Richard Wherlock cede la direzione dopo pi\u00f9 di vent'anni. Da quel momento in poi, \u00e8 guidata dal curatore della danza Adolphe Binder e dal maestro di balletto Tilman O'Donnell. Al posto dei classici balletti di storia, vengono eseguiti: la serata di balletto <em>Marie e Pierre<\/em> della coreografa statunitense Bobbi Jene Smith, un \"rapimento in un multiverso sensuale e drammatico\"; <em>Raccontare storie<\/em> dell'artista svizzero Fabrice Mazliah, il balletto <em>Verwandlung - Un'opera in due atti poeticamente pulsante con danza e coro<\/em> di Saburo Teshigawara e sul tema del metabolismo il brano di danza e video <em>Estinto<\/em> di La Ribot. Si cerca invano una coreografia della nuova direttrice del teatro di danza. Nata in Romania, proviene dalla scena del teatro di danza di Wupperthal come successore di Pina Bausch. I 30 membri del futuro corpo di ballo, provenienti da 16 Paesi diversi, sono conosciuti come \"Dance\/Performance Festivals &amp; Guests\". Almeno un terzo dell'ensemble di Wherlock verr\u00e0 ripreso.<\/p>\n<p>Non ci sarebbero state candidature da parte di ballerini della scuola professionale di balletto del teatro. Nonostante le accuse rivolte alla direttrice, il Cantone di Basilea Citt\u00e0 continuava a sovvenzionare con 900.000 franchi la scuola, la cui formazione professionale sar\u00e0 interrotta alla fine dell'anno scolastico in estate. L'indagine esterna ha rilevato \"che alcune delle studentesse intervistate sono state sottoposte a umiliazioni e che la direttrice le ha intimidite con il suo comportamento e ha creato un clima di paura\"! Una dura accusa e una fine spiacevole per il centro di formazione di 22 anni.<\/p>\n<p>Un punto di forza \u00e8 l'apertura del foyer del palco principale al pubblico. Persone di ogni ceto e generazione si impegnano nel dialogo, nello studio, nella danza e nel canto.
