Il duo Elisa Urrestarazu (sassofono) e Cornelia Lenzin (pianoforte) ha eseguito il programma di questa registrazione nell'autunno del 2021 nella serie di concerti \"Basel komponiert\" al Museum Klingental. Lenzin ha una collaborazione di lunga data con il compositore Jost Meier, recentemente scomparso, nonch\u00e9 con Balz Tr\u00fcmpy e Marcelo Nisinman. Nel 2019 ha organizzato un concerto con musica da camera di Meier per il suo 80\u00b0 compleanno. Meier ha poi scritto per Lenzin e Urrestarazu quanto segue Sonata<\/em> (2020) per sassofono contralto e pianoforte, un brano che vale la pena ascoltare. Apre questo CD. \u00c8 seguito dal breve e denso brano di Meier 4 Immagini per pianoforte solo<\/em> (2009) come prima registrazione. Balz Tr\u00fcmpy ha scritto per Elisa Urrestarazu il suo Introduzione e Aria<\/em>originariamente per clarinetto (2002-03), per sassofono contralto. L'interprete dimostra tutta la sua classe. Il sognante Tr\u00fcmpy Canzone per sassofono soprano e pianoforte <\/em>(2020) \u00e8 in corso. Anche nell'impegnativa opera di Jacques Wildberger 4 Pezzi per Pianoforte (<\/em>1950) e la Prismi per sassofono contralto solo<\/em> (1975), i musicisti si presentano con grande disinvoltura. Come contrappunto, il duo \u00e8 stato affiancato da Marcelo Nisinman Samuele il Saggio<\/em> per sassofono soprano e pianoforte - un'esperienza di ascolto divertente.<\/p>\n
