Foto: Fondazione Albert Moeschinger<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il padre cantore Hans Georg N\u00e4geli, nato 250 anni fa, ha fatto cantare la Svizzera. \u00c8 ironico che nel giorno del suo compleanno sia stato pubblicato un CD che mostra un'immagine completamente diversa del panorama musicale svizzero: La Svizzera oscilla.<\/p>\n<p>La quinta puntata della serie \"20th Century Foxtrots\" presenta una serie di rarit\u00e0 di dodici compositori svizzeri, oltre al tedesco Jos\u00e9 Berr, che visse per molti anni a Zurigo, e alla compositrice ginevrina Marguerite Roesgen-Champion, che ebbe maggior successo a Parigi. Il musicologo Mauro Piccinini, che \u00e8 anche il supervisore accademico di questa collana, ha rintracciato i brani di danza, per lo pi\u00f9 inediti. Scrive di come il foxtrot, scambiato per jazz, si sia affermato negli alberghi di St. Moritz, ad esempio, grazie a un \"Tschetzpend\". In quest'ultima puntata, i brani sono interpretati con accattivante verve e umorismo anche dal pianista viennese Gottlieb Wallisch. La copertina del libretto, brillantemente disegnata da Alastair Taylor in tipico stile Art D\u00e9co, mostra una coppia che balla davanti a uno sfondo di montagne innevate. Anche il CD, registrato nello studio radiofonico SRF di Zurigo e prodotto in Germania, emana un'atmosfera internazionale, prevalentemente americana.<\/p>\n<p>Dodici registrazioni in prima assoluta presentano fox trot e tanghi di compositori che, nati tra il 1865 (Emile Jaques-Dalcroze) e il 1941 (Urs Joseph Flury), hanno tutti perso brevemente il loro cuore per il jazz e i balli di moda americani. Oltre ad Arthur Honegger, Conrad Beck, Paul Burkhard, Peter Mieg e Julien-Fran\u00e7ois Zbinden, questo progetto include anche compositori meno conosciuti come Ren\u00e9 Gerber, Walter Lang e Andr\u00e9-Fran\u00e7ois Marescotti.<\/p>\n<p>Albert Moeschinger esordisce in modo avvincente con molto swing e una visione particolarmente sensibile del jazz. <em>Tallula <\/em>\u00e8 il titolo della sua fantasia sincopata di foxtrot del 1930, a cui si aggiunge un autentico <em>Blues d'addio<\/em> segue. Questi due brani dal profilo nitido fungono da modello per tutto ci\u00f2 che segue.
