Si tratta di brani volutamente non troppo difficili, dalle forme chiare e privi di \"effetti spettacolo\" virtuosistici, a differenza della maggior parte delle opere strumentali di Biber.<\/p>\n<p>L'editore ha fornito le prime due partite con chiavi e segni di tempo moderni. Nella <em>Partita I<\/em> una Sonata Largo racchiude i movimenti di danza Allemanda, Courante, Sarabanda, Gavotte e Gigue. Nella <em>Partita II<\/em> un'Intrada apre tre balletti in tempo breve, separati da due sarabande tranquille. Poich\u00e9 la prima viola non occupa mai la corda C, c'\u00e8 una parte aggiuntiva di secondo violino, per cui queste suite potrebbero essere facilmente eseguite con un quartetto d'archi (o
