Si tratta dell'area del parcheggio e del parco sul lago direttamente dietro il KKL Luzern. Secondo lo studio, le posizioni Theaterplatz e l'area di ghiaia vicino al porto dei motoscafi non sono adatte. <\/p>\n<p>La piazza del teatro \u00e8 troppo piccola, il porto dei motoscafi \u00e8 troppo lontano, meno sviluppato e l'area circostante non \u00e8 molto attraente. Un secondo studio indipendente di Arup, societ\u00e0 di consulenza leader a livello internazionale per i progetti nel settore culturale, giunge alla stessa conclusione e conferma la raccomandazione di Ernst Basler + Partner.<\/p>\n<p>L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di creare un teatro innovativo per le arti dello spettacolo con un ampio spazio per le performance (grande palcoscenico) che possa essere modificato in vari modi. Gli utenti previsti sono: Il Teatro di Lucerna, il Festival di Lucerna, la scena teatrale e di danza indipendente, l'Orchestra Sinfonica di Lucerna e il S\u00fcdpol.<\/p>\n<p>I costi di investimento per le misure di costruzione nell'ambito del progetto complessivo del Theater Werk Luzern ammontano a circa 208 milioni di franchi. I costi stimati per l'esercizio e la manutenzione del Nuovo Teatro di Lucerna \/ Salle Modulable ammontano a 31 milioni di franchi all'anno. Attualmente il teatro di Lucerna costa alle casse pubbliche circa 24 milioni di franchi all'anno.<\/p>\n<p>Da giugno a settembre 2016, le decisioni politiche sul progetto saranno prese dal consiglio comunale e dal governo cantonale, oltre a essere discusse nei parlamenti cittadino e cantonale. La votazione nella citt\u00e0 di Lucerna si terr\u00e0 il 27 novembre 2016.
