Foto: Palma Fiacco<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"100 minuti di musica per pianoforte degli ultimi 100 anni nel contesto della disuguaglianza sociale e delle relazioni di potere ineguali\" promette il doppio CD della pianista turgoviese Simone Keller. Il risultato \u00e8 un'antologia molto eterogenea e variegata di musica strutturalmente svantaggiata di compositrici e persone di colore, provenienti soprattutto dagli Stati Uniti e dalla Svizzera. La disuguaglianza nella storia della musica \u00e8 un argomento esplosivo, ma ovviamente non si sente nei singoli brani. Perch\u00e9 quando sono interpretati meravigliosamente come in questo caso, ci si chiede ancora una volta cosa sia andato storto.<\/p>\n<p>Alcune personalit\u00e0 come Ruth Crawford Seeger o, pi\u00f9 recentemente, Julius Eastman fanno ormai parte di qualsiasi corso base di musica moderna. Ma ce ne sono altri da scoprire, come la poetessa e compositrice sangallese Olga Diener (1890-1963), i cui testi Hermann Hesse defin\u00ec \"troppo sogno e troppo poco poesia\". La sua \"lingua segreta\", secondo Hesse, parla ancora oggi con i suoi particolari colpi di scena.<\/p>\n<p>Nonostante il contesto, non \u00e8 diventata un'antologia tumultuosa, ma piuttosto tranquilla. Include anche qualcosa di nuovo: il pezzo che si svolge lentamente <em>Nero\/blackness: Dopo il Mantra(s)<\/em> per pianoforte ed elettronica di Jessie Cox, che tocca le questioni della crisi climatica. Oppure un <em>Correttamente scozzese <\/em>di Cristina Janett, che proviene da una famiglia di musicisti folk. \"Ho scoperto la musica folk con le sue diverse influenze molto pi\u00f9 tardi\", scrive Keller, pianista di famiglia contadina, \"e solo quando ho lavorato con Cristina Janett ho capito quanto facesse parte della mia identit\u00e0\". Proprio questi processi di realizzazione sono al centro di questo lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, c'\u00e8 la compositrice Irene Higginbotham (1918-1988), nota o poco nota per aver scritto la canzone <em>Buon giorno, mal di cuore<\/em> scritto per Billie Holiday. Appare tre volte in questo album e d\u00e0 il titolo al disco e al libro che Simone Keller ha pubblicato in due lingue, tedesco e inglese. Il libro non solo contiene ulteriori testi sulle composizioni, ma fa anche luce sul contesto socio-culturale in cui sono state scritte e allo stesso tempo ci porta al di l\u00e0 di questo nel nostro tempo.
