Sol Gabetta \u00e8 nata in Argentina nel 1981 e possiede la cittadinanza svizzera dal 2018. Ha studiato all'Accademia di musica di Basilea e vive da tempo nel comune di Olsberg, nel Canton Argovia. Qui dirige il Festival di musica da camera di Solsberg dalla sua fondazione nel 2006 e insegna all'Accademia di musica di Basilea dal 2005.<\/p>\n

Altri premiati sono: Con il compositore Ivo Antognini (Locarno, Ticino), la Svizzera \u00e8 rappresentata a livello internazionale con un riferimento per la composizione corale contemporanea. Simone Aubert (Ginevra) \u00e8 una polistrumentista attiva da oltre 20 anni nella scena sperimentale alternativa ginevrina. Simone Felber (Lucerna) \u00e8 senza dubbio una delle personalit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 interessanti e attive della nuova musica popolare svizzera e, con formazioni come Echo vom Eierstock o iheimisch di Simone Felber, dimostra quanto questo genere possa essere contemporaneo ed emancipato.<\/p>\n

Leila Schayegh (Winterthur, Zurigo) \u00e8 un'importante ricercatrice e violinista di musica antica. Tapiwa Svosve (Zurigo) occupa una posizione chiave nel jazz contemporaneo come sassofonista e compositore. Il gruppo Zeal & Ardor (Basilea), guidato da Manuel Gagneux, \u00e8 ampiamente riconosciuto come il fondatore di uno stile musicale che unisce gospel e black metal. Nelle sue opere, Zimoun (Berna) combina in modo impressionante il suono con l'architettura, il movimento con la scultura e l'installazione con gli effetti spaziali.<\/p>\n

I premi speciali sono assegnati a istituzioni e attori importanti per il loro contributo alla scena musicale svizzera. Vengono premiati personaggi, locali, etichette o progetti educativi che promuovono attivamente lo status della musica, la promozione della creazione musicale e la diffusione del patrimonio culturale in Svizzera.
