Illustrazione dal libro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Storie che la vita scrive: Grazie a un premio al Concorso Internazionale di Composizione di Boswil, nel 1976 Michael von Hintzenstern pot\u00e9 intraprendere il suo primo viaggio in Occidente dalla DDR. Non solo approfitt\u00f2 del soggiorno di studio e lavoro di tre mesi nella Svizzera rurale che gli era stato assegnato, ma cambi\u00f2 anche il suo itinerario, ovviamente non autorizzato dal regime della DDR: si rec\u00f2 a Colonia per visitare il venerato \"maestro\" Karlheinz Stockhausen. L'approccio di Stockhausen alla \"musica intuitiva\" caratterizzer\u00e0 sia Hintzenstern sia il suo Ensemble for Intuitive Music Weimar (EFIM) - e in ultima analisi anche il libro riccamente illustrato e divertente <em>I suoni del momento<\/em>che, tra l'altro, riproduce alcune testimonianze manoscritte della corrispondenza con Stockhausen.<\/p>\n<p>L'attenzione \u00e8 rivolta alla storia dell'ensemble, fondato nel 1980 e composto da quattro musicisti tanto intraprendenti quanto sperimentali: Michael von Hintzenstern suona l'organo e tutti i tipi di sintetizzatore, Hans Tutschku \u00e8 lo specialista della musica elettro-acustica ed elettronica, il \"jazzista\" Daniel Hoffmann suona il corno e la tromba, Matthias von Hintzenstern suona abitualmente il violoncello, ma fa anche la sua comparsa con installazioni sonore.<\/p>\n<p>All'inizio, le opere di Stockhausen sono al centro dell'attenzione, come le 15 composizioni testuali per musica intuitiva in strumentazione variabile <em>Dai sette giorni<\/em> (1968) o il noto <em>Zodiaco<\/em> (1974\/75). Sempre pi\u00f9 spesso, anche a causa della caduta del Muro di Berlino nel 1989, i programmi si ampliano. Tutschku contribuisce sempre di pi\u00f9 con la sua esperienza nella musica elettroacustica francese, l'EFIM cerca luoghi lontani dalle sale da concerto, suona in parchi, giardini botanici o in miniere di potassio a 670 metri di profondit\u00e0. L'EFIM \u00e8 ora in grado di raccogliere inviti a concerti e workshop in 30 Paesi di 4 continenti.<\/p>\n<p>Chiunque sia appassionato di musica sperimentale sar\u00e0 entusiasta di questo documentario. Ma vale la pena leggerlo anche per chi \u00e8 interessato alla storia culturale della DDR.
