Peretti parte da uno strumento barocco di tipo austro-tedesco meridionale, di cui esistono diversi esempi anche in Svizzera, cio\u00e8 un organo a due manuali con un'ottava corta nel manuale e nel pedale e un temperamento ineguale nello stile del XVIII secolo. Le istruzioni di registrazione possono essere facilmente realizzate anche su strumenti pi\u00f9 piccoli. Sebbene il pedale sia necessario, non svolge alcuna funzione speciale, come indica anche il titolo. <em>Quasi manualiter<\/em> che colloca l'opera nello stile barocco tra \"la pubblicit\u00e0 ecclesiastica e l'intimit\u00e0 domestica\" e allude alla \"intercambiabilit\u00e0\" degli strumenti a tastiera di ogni tipo dell'epoca.<\/p>\n<p>Il ciclo \u00e8 aperto da un primo movimento monotono, simile a un'educazioni, seguito da un piccolo movimento giocoso per flauto a quattro piedi intitolato \"fantastico\". Un movimento che oscilla tra una sarabanda (\"quasi organo di paese rotto\") e un'agile corrente costituisce il fulcro; un breve recitativo e un movimento finale di tipo danzante completano l'opera, che dura circa dieci minuti. In questi brani brevi, ma tecnicamente e ritmicamente impegnativi, Peretti crea abilmente un legame tra il linguaggio tonale del nostro tempo e un gesto musicale che, pur accennando ai suoi modelli storici, non risulta \"neobarocco\". Conclusione: un arricchimento del repertorio che pu\u00f2 essere ottimamente combinato con opere barocche.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<dl class=\"picture media photo\">\n<dt><img
