In occasione di un incontro con i media presso il KKL di Lucerna, il presidente della Fondazione Klaus-Mchael K\u00fchne ha sottolineato che la Fondazione non \u00e8 interessata a commercializzare attivamente il marchio K\u00fchne attraverso la sponsorizzazione. L'impegno sembra quindi avere pi\u00f9 un carattere di mecenatismo. Il direttore del Festival di Lucerna Michael H\u00e4fliger non ha voluto rivelare dettagli specifici sulla portata finanziaria dell'accordo.<\/p>\n<p>La Fondazione K\u00fchne, senza scopo di lucro, con sede a Schindellegi, \u00e8 stata fondata dalla famiglia K\u00fchne nel 1976. Promuove l'istruzione e la formazione, nonch\u00e9 la ricerca e la scienza nel settore dei trasporti e della logistica. \u00c8 coinvolta nella ricerca allergologica presso la Hochgebirgsklinik Davos. La Fondazione K\u00fchne gestisce anche la clinica specializzata nel trattamento e nella riabilitazione delle allergie e delle malattie cardiache. In ambito culturale, sostiene festival, teatri d'opera e sale da concerto in vari Paesi europei.
