Una pioniera \u00e8 la percussionista e mental coach di Strasburgo Sylvie Reynaert. L'autrice ritiene che il palcoscenico musicale, come l'arena sportiva, sia un ambiente competitivo che richiede prestazioni. Lo stress deve essere gestito sul palco. Le strategie necessarie sono simili a quelle utilizzate nel mondo dello sport.<\/p>\n<p>Reynaert basa il suo lavoro sul Metodo Target, una guida riconosciuta per la preparazione mentale, e sull'applicazione delle neuroscienze. Con un approccio sistemico e il trasferimento di queste conoscenze al campo artistico, offre un \"action coaching\" che trae origine dallo sport di alto livello. Presenza scenica, strategia ben definita e lavoro mentale sono al centro del suo lavoro. Il suo coaching si basa su \"buona volont\u00e0, ascolto, disponibilit\u00e0 e soluzioni pratiche\".<\/p>\n<p>Il Simposio Swissmedmusica del 22 novembre 2025 a Bienne offre l'opportunit\u00e0 di conoscere di persona Reynaert e il suo modo di lavorare.
