L'Orchestra del Festival di Lucerna, che ha co-fondato con Claudio Abbado nel 2003, con Johanna Malangr\u00e9 sul podio, intraprende quindi un viaggio musicale attraverso la vita del direttore artistico uscente, che ha guidato il Festival di Lucerna per 26 anni, come regalo di addio. Pu\u00f2 capitare che <em>Notazione 1<\/em> di Pierre Boulez, con il quale ha fondato l'Accademia del Festival di Lucerna per la musica contemporanea nel 2004, nonch\u00e9 l'inizio e la fine della Settima di Bruckner e della Terza di Mahler - i momenti pi\u00f9 belli di Abbado nella storia del Festival. Le canzoni svizzere <em>Z'Basel an mym Rhy<\/em> e <em>Da Lucerna a W\u00e4ggis<\/em> sono riprodotti in un suono sinfonico ad alta brillantezza (arrangiamento: Simon Nathan), cos\u00ec come l'inno del FC Bayern <em>Sempre in avanti<\/em>. Foto: \u00a9 Manuela Jans\/Festival di Lucerna<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ispirato all'opera di Ludwig van Beethoven <em>Tempesta<\/em>Il direttore d'orchestra e produttore svizzero Michael Haefliger paragona la Sonata di Lucerna, che Igor Levit ha collocato a met\u00e0 strada tra l'immersione e l'ebbrezza, al mago Prospero dell'omonimo dramma di Shakespeare. Ha trasformato il Festival di Lucerna in un'isola magica e, con il suo slogan magico \"giovane, eccellente, innovativo\", non solo ha attirato sponsor (92% di autofinanziamento), ma ha anche portato una ventata di aria fresca dal punto di vista artistico con oltre 400 prime mondiali e nuovi formati. I motti del festival, come \"Diversity\", \"Diva\" e \"Crazy\", che ha letteralmente pensato, hanno ancorato il festival ai giorni nostri. \"Open End\" \u00e8 il motto per il 2025: il passaggio di consegne al suo successore Sebastian Nordmann \u00e8 gi\u00e0 in fase di preparazione.<\/p>\n<h3>Cose familiari e ripetute<\/h3>\n<p>Un finale aperto \u00e8 percepibile anche nel programma di concerti dell'Orchestra Filarmonica di Monaco di Baviera negli ultimi giorni del festival, che sar\u00e0 diretta da Lahav Shani nell'opera di Franz Schubert <em>Incompiuto<\/em> sviluppare un suono caldo. Il disinvito dell'orchestra e del suo direttore principale israeliano designato dal Festival delle Fiandre di Gand \u00e8 stato accolto con molte critiche nella scena culturale, per Igor Levit un caso di \"classico, disgustoso antisemitismo e codardia\". A Lucerna non c'\u00e8 traccia di queste tensioni. Lahav Shani dirige senza bacchetta e con movimenti fluidi, che nel Concerto per violino di Ludwig van Beethoven portano talvolta a piccole imprecisioni nell'interazione con la sovrana Lisa Batiashvili. Le cadenze solistiche di Alfred Schnittke danno un nuovo colore all'opera tanto ascoltata.<\/p>\n<p>Il concertante di Richard Wagner <em>Siegfried<\/em> su strumenti d'epoca diretto da Kent Nagano, un progetto del Festival di Musica di Dresda, combina il familiare con il nuovo. La parte orchestrale \u00e8 dotata di una trasparenza raramente ascoltata che permette ai cantanti di agire pi\u00f9 liberamente e senza alcuna forzatura. Solo nel terzo atto l'orchestra, composta dalla Dresden Festival Orchestra e da Concerto K\u00f6ln, perde un po' di qualit\u00e0 nell'interazione e nell'intonazione. Nell'insieme ben equilibrato dei solisti, Thomas Blondelle come Siegfried quasi lirico, Derek Welton, che canta a memoria, come Wanderer duttile e flessuoso, Asa J\u00e4ger (Br\u00fcnnhilde) con il suo ampio soprano e Hanno M\u00fcller-Brachmann come il pungente Fafner (con campana) pongono accenti particolari.<\/p>\n<h3>26 anni in un pomeriggio<\/h3>\n<p>Lo spirito innovativo di Michael Haefliger \u00e8 visibile. Un UFO viola \u00e8 atterrato sul prato del Lido, vicino al Museo Svizzero dei Trasporti. Haefliger ha sviluppato l'Ark Nova, una sala da concerto gonfiabile, insieme all'artista Anish Kapoor e all'architetto Arata Isozaki per Fukushima nel 2013, per offrire alla popolazione giapponese, profondamente turbata, uno spazio sicuro per la musica in seguito al disastro nucleare. Questa \"scultura sonora\" pu\u00f2 ora essere sperimentata per la prima e ultima volta a Lucerna. Il programma di dieci giorni, musicalmente vario, dell'Ark Nova si rivolge a un vasto pubblico; 30 dei 35 concerti sono esauriti. Nei due concerti a cui abbiamo assistito, tuttavia, il guscio di plastica acusticamente spugnoso e tradizionalmente seduto fa sudare. Il ventilatore non raffredda, ma si limita a mantenere il guscio in forma. Foto: Simona Sch\u00fcrch<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lo spettacolo digitale-vocale di Winnie Huang (visuals: Andreas Huck e Roland Nebe), che crea un virtuosismo umoristico da denti che battono e occhi che ammiccano, \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 originale durante le quattro ore e mezza di addio di Michael Haefliger. L'intenso pomeriggio sembra un distillato del suo lavoro, che tuttavia perde di concentrazione a causa della sua lunghezza. Riccardo Chailly, che il giorno prima ha celebrato ouverture e cori d'opera italiani con l'orchestra e il coro della Scala di Milano, torna con un'ouverture rossiniana. Non mancher\u00e0 la nuova musica con la prima mondiale di Stefan Dohr dell'opera di J\u00fcri Reinvere. <em>Immagine notturna con stelle blu <\/em>per corno solo, Dieter Ammans <em>Violazione<\/em> (ottimo con violoncello solo: Maximilian Hornung) e di Pierre Boulez <em>Iniziale<\/em> per sette ottoni (ensemble della Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra). I membri del West-Eastern Divan Ensemble eseguono il Quartetto per archi in mi bemolle maggiore di Fanny Mendelssohn con strani glissandi nel primo violino. Patricia Kopatchinskaja e Sol Gabetta, entrambe vincitrici del Credit Suisse Young Artist Award a Lucerna in giovane et\u00e0, porteranno una nuova dimensione al programma con il brillantemente eseguito <em>Valse bavaroise<\/em> e <em>Toccatina all'inglese<\/em> eseguono anche due opere di J\u00f6rg Widmann, che nel 2026 assumer\u00e0 la direzione dell'Accademia del Festival di Lucerna come successore di Wolfgang Rihm.
