Sale prova per musicisti, studi o spettacoli pubblici: Secondo il comunicato stampa della citt\u00e0, il Dreilindenpark torna a vivere nell'ambito di un utilizzo temporaneo. La citt\u00e0 di Lucerna e l'associazione Lucerne Jazz School hanno stipulato un contratto di comodato d'uso che regola l'utilizzo temporaneo di Villa Vicovaro e dell'edificio \u00d6konomie. Dall'agosto 2026 al dicembre 2028, l'associazione metter\u00e0 i locali a disposizione di vari operatori culturali e organizzatori di eventi affittandoli. L'uso temporaneo contribuisce all'Agenda culturale 2030, con la quale la citt\u00e0 di Lucerna fornisce infrastrutture per professionisti della cultura e organizzatori di eventi, nonch\u00e9 un accesso a bassa soglia agli spazi culturali.<\/p>\n

La citt\u00e0 di Lucerna mette a disposizione dell'associazione gli edifici a titolo gratuito e fornisce un contributo operativo, mentre l'Associazione Scuola di Jazz di Lucerna acquisisce ulteriori finanziamenti da parte di terzi. L'Associazione Lucerne Jazz School ha elaborato un concetto di utilizzo e di funzionamento per l'uso operativo e la gestione dell'edificio.<\/p>\n
