La sentenza rappresenta il secondo successo giudiziario della Gema in un procedimento contro un fornitore di IA. Gi\u00e0 nel novembre 2025 il Tribunale regionale si era pronunciato a favore della Gema in una controversia contro OpenAI.<\/p>\n<p>Il 21 gennaio 2025 la Gema aveva presentato ricorso contro Suno presso il Tribunale regionale di Monaco di Baviera, al fine di far valere in tal modo il diritto dei propri membri a ricevere un compenso per l\u2019utilizzo delle loro opere.
