Secondo Christoph Louven dell\u2019Istituto di Musicologia e Pedagogia musicale dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Osnabr\u00fcck, circa il 30% degli studenti soffriva di dolori fisici legati alla pratica musicale; circa il 27% soffriva di ansia da esibizione che limitava le proprie prestazioni. \u00c8 emerso inoltre chiaramente che, nonostante queste elevate percentuali, durante il percorso di studi non esistono offerte n\u00e9 strutture per individuare tempestivamente i problemi emergenti, ha affermato Louven. Secondo lui, ci\u00f2 aumenta il rischio che si sviluppino crisi esistenziali sia sul piano professionale che personale.<\/p>\n

Per i circa 250 studenti di musica dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Osnabr\u00fcck si intende quindi creare un\u2019offerta composta da corsi, workshop e servizi di consulenza, volta a prevenire tempestivamente i disturbi specifici dei musicisti, sia dal punto di vista fisico che mentale. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 inoltre quello di consentire una pratica musicale sana e duratura per tutta la vita. Inoltre, nella loro futura attivit\u00e0 professionale come insegnanti di musica, gli studenti dovranno trasmettere le competenze acquisite anche ai loro futuri allievi.<\/p>\n

Con il titolo \u00abFare musica in salute: promozione della salute fisica e mentale per gli studenti di musica\u00bb, il progetto di ricerca dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 mira a intervenire tempestivamente per contrastare tali problemi. Il progetto ha una durata di 2,5 anni ed \u00e8 finanziato dalla Techniker Krankenkasse con 75\u2019000 euro.<\/p>\n
