Foto: Marco Barnebeck (Telemarco) \/ pixelio.de<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p>L'op. 86 di Schumann, qui in una nuova edizione con una chiara riduzione per pianoforte di Johannes Umbreit, non ebbe vita facile all'inizio. Bench\u00e9 nuova in termini di strumentazione e descritta da Schumann come \"qualcosa di abbastanza curioso\", gli editori e il pubblico non accettarono immediatamente l'opera, che fu completata nel 1849. Prima l'editore Simrock di Bonn e poi Breitkopf &amp; H\u00e4rtel rifiutarono il compositore. Solo nell'aprile del 1850 l'opera fu accettata per la pubblicazione dall'editore di Amburgo J. Schuberth &amp; Co.<\/p>\n<p>La prima esecuzione avvenne in forma privata nell'ottobre del 1849 a casa del virtuoso del corno a valvole Joseph Rudolf Lewy a Dresda. Del quartetto di corni faceva parte anche Carl Heinrich H\u00fcbler, autore di un pezzo da concerto per quattro corni e orchestra. La prima esecuzione effettiva ebbe luogo il 25 febbraio 1850 al Gewandhaus di Lipsia. \u00c8 sorprendente che il primo suonatore di corno del quartetto di corni, Eduard Pohle, decise di suonare la parte a rotta di collo con il suo pi\u00f9 familiare corno naturale. Secondo quanto riferito, l'esecuzione non fu priva di problemi: \"troppo difficile e troppo lunga\", not\u00f2 un ascoltatore.<\/p>\n<p>Questo pezzo \u00e8 ancora incredibilmente difficile da suonare - eppure oggi \u00e8 una delle opere pi\u00f9 popolari e pi\u00f9 frequentemente eseguite della letteratura per corno.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<dl class=\"picture media photo\">\n<dt><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"media photo aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.musikzeitung.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/REZ_res_klassik_n_Schumann.jpg\" alt=\"Image \" \/><\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p><em>Robert Schumann, Pezzo da concerto per 4 corni e orchestra op. 86, a cura di Ernst Herttrich, riduzione per pianoforte di Johannes Umbreit, HN 1138, \u20ac 28,00.
