Un totale di 58 musicisti provenienti da 23 Paesi diversi, dall'Australia alla Lituania, si sono recati a Weimar per le tre prove di valutazione.<\/p>\n<p>Il 1\u00b0 premio nella categoria pi\u00f9 giovane I (fino a 13 anni) \u00e8 stato vinto da Ariya Laothitipong, 13 anni, dalla Thailandia. Non \u00e8 stato assegnato alcun secondo premio, ma ci sono stati tre terzi premi: Ryan Martin Bradshaw (Slovacchia), 10 anni, Kacper Kuklinski (Polonia), 13 anni, che ha vinto anche il Premio della Giuria Junior, e Ben Lepetit (Germania), 11 anni. Ben Lepetit ha vinto anche un premio speciale per la migliore interpretazione di un'opera barocca.<\/p>\n<p>Nella categoria II (14-17 anni), il diciassettenne svizzero Simon B\u00fcrki ha vinto il primo premio. B\u00fcrki ha vinto anche il Premio speciale Theodor Hlouschek della Nuova Fondazione Liszt per la migliore improvvisazione, il Premio speciale EMCY, il Premio della giuria junior e un premio speciale per la migliore interpretazione di un'opera barocca.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcrki, originario di Gossau, studia a Kiev e ha gi\u00e0 vinto, tra gli altri, il Concorso svizzero di musica per la giovent\u00f9 di Zurigo e il Concorso Horowitz per giovani pianisti di Kiev.<\/p>\n<p>Il secondo premio \u00e8 stato vinto dal quattordicenne georgiano Barbare Tataradze, mentre il terzo premio \u00e8 andato al diciassettenne sudcoreano Jeonghwan Kim, che vive in Germania.
